1. How to submit a request
You may submit cancellation, withdrawal, defect or incomplete-service requests to info@sarmansoft.com.tr or in writing to our company address. Provide the order/project number, full name or company name, contact details and request. Exercising a statutory withdrawal right does not require a reason or specific form.
2. Withdrawal in consumer transactions
Unless a statutory exception applies, consumers may withdraw without penalty within 14 days of entering into the service contract. Exceptions for electronic services performed instantly, intangible products delivered instantly, and services begun with consumer approval before the period ends apply subject to their conditions. A product being digital does not alone remove all refund rights. Accepting the sales agreement is not a separate request for early performance.
3. Refund method
For valid withdrawal, the service fee is refunded within the statutory period after notice, generally 14 days, without cost to the Buyer and using the appropriate original payment method. For card instalments, Sarman Soft's refund process may differ from the bank's statement treatment. Statutory refund rights cannot be made subject to arbitrary approval.
4. Commercial purchases and custom project cancellations
Cancellation/termination of commercial Sarman 360 purchases and custom projects is assessed against written scope, completed and delivered work, approved expenses and applicable law. An upfront payment is not unconditionally non-refundable in every case. This page does not create an additional withdrawal penalty.
5. Defective or incomplete services
Expiry of the withdrawal period or an applicable exception does not remove rights arising from non-conforming software or incomplete delivery. Correction, re-performance and other statutory remedies are reserved. Mask personal/financial information in support screenshots.
6. Sample notice

7. Competent authorities
Consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts apply within current monetary thresholds and procedural conditions; commercial transactions follow the relevant jurisdiction rules. Details are set out in the Distance Sales Agreement .
